Also plan the local coordinator and your process specialists to spend time during the assessment. The assessment team consists of one lead assessor and minimum one co-assessor. The definition of the assessment scope will define how many processes in how many instances need to be rated. Different locations will add to the cost. You also need to book the assessment room, refreshments and technical equipment, etc.
