1. Objective

This training provides the goals and benefits of Automotive SPICE®, the leading process evaluation model and standard for carrying out assessments in the automotive industry. The participants learn to correctly interpret the motivation of Automotive SPICE® and to understand the interrelationships. They will learn how to promote a culture for process improvement and how success can be seen in their own company.

2. Content

The content of this training is based on the many years of experience that Knüvener Mackert has gained in the field of process consulting and the findings from various working groups on the subject of Automotive SPICE.

First, we will provide an overview of typical problems in the automotive industry and show how Automotive SPICE® can help here. We briefly present the evaluation scheme of Automotive SPICE® and show how an ASPICE report can be interpreted.

We present possible methods and measures that promote a culture of process improvement. Figures from practice provide helpful suggestions for cost-benefit analysis or organizational set-up.

This training is based on active participation of participants and open discussion, so that the impulses can be transferred to one's own work environment. ‍

3. Target group

This training is aimed at people who have to make decisions in the development environment on a daily basis and therefore need to understand and represent the requirements of Automotive SPICE®. Attendees learn a lot about how to promote process compliance while still being efficient.

4. Added value after training

As managers, they understand the motivation of Automotive SPICE® correctly. They can take appropriate measures to promote a culture for process improvement. They can interpret Automotive SPICE® results independently.

Payment deadline

Invoices must be paid within 14 days. For seminars, the money must be received 10 days before the start. Different agreements can be made.

Rebooking

Before the start of the seminar, participants can name a replacement person for the entire training in writing by email. This rebooking is free of charge.

Participants can inquire in writing by email whether they can rebook to a specifically named other training (or just another date). For inquiries 10 days from the start of the seminar, we can often rebook.

Schedule changes by Knüvener Mackert

If training cannot be carried out as planned, Knüvener Mackert can set a later training date. We will communicate any changes as soon as possible. We are unable to reimburse associated costs.

Cancellations

The following cancellation costs apply:

  • Up to 30 days before the start of the seminar: 0% (full refund of the invoice amount)
  • Up to 14 days before the start of the seminar: 50%
  • Otherwise: 100% (no refund)
