An ASPICE Deep Dive is a detailed, in-depth analysis of specifically selected process areas that have been coordinated beforehand or prove to be particularly critical during the evaluation. This method aims not only to identify surface problems, but also to uncover underlying causes and potential improvements. Extensive, precise data is collected and analyzed to enable fact-based and targeted optimization of processes. The Deep Dive thus provides a comprehensive basis for sustainable improvements in process maturity and quality assurance.

Interviews: Process owners present the competence of their processes through objective evidence in interviews. Assessment report: The documented results are systematically presented in the assessment report in the weeks following the interviews. The report is reviewed by the senior assessor and then handed over to the sponsor.
